Delivery charges
Delivery is £2.95, with free delivery on orders over £50. Check the delivery option and total shown at checkout before placing your order.
Dispatch
Orders for in-stock items are dispatched within 24 hours. Dispatch is when your order is sent; it does not mean delivery within 24 hours. Pre-orders are dispatched once the products are released and available; check the individual listing for release information.
Collect from The Lair
In-stock orders are available for collection the next day. Select collection when ordering. Bring your order confirmation or order number when you visit. Pre-orders can be collected once the products are released and available.

Opening hours: Monday–Saturday, 10:00 am–10:00 pm. Sunday, 10:00 am–8:00 pm.
Online returns
For most goods bought online, you can change your mind and cancel within 14 days after delivery. Email us within that period to tell us you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods after notifying us.
Email lizards.lair@outlook.com with your order number, the items you wish to return and whether you are cancelling or reporting a problem. We will explain how to return them. Asking us for return instructions does not replace your right to notify us that you are cancelling.
Please pack items carefully for their return and retain proof of postage if sending them back. For a cancelled order, refunds include the standard outbound delivery charge where applicable and are made within 14 days of receiving the goods back or receiving evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue so we can help. Your rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are separate from the change-of-mind cancellation period. This information does not affect your statutory rights.
